About

I started out freelancing under Neuplay Creative, then joined iFoundries in 2006, a year after it started. I never planned to run the place, but I ended up leading it for nearly two decades. Along the way it was acquired, bought back, and eventually sold in 2026. That journey taught me things you only learn by living through them. How agencies grow and stall. What buyers actually pay for. How deals get structured, and where founders get caught out. I'm an introvert who became a CEO by accident. These days I'd rather share what I learned than pretend I had it figured out from the start.
